The Office of Human Resources of the Hatboro-Horsham School District is dedicated to providing excellent personnel services by assisting the district's schools and departments in hiring and retaining the best-qualified employees. We are responsible for all aspects of employee relations from the time of hire through retirement or resignation. More specifically, the Office of Human Resources assures compliance with employment laws and mandates, handles labor relations and collective bargaining issues, develops staffing recommendations, and administers all facets of the employee fringe benefit programs. Our procedures support the implementation of the district by providing support to meet the collective needs of our students, staff and community.

Those functions include Benefits, Training, Recruiting and Hiring, Policy, Collective Bargaining Agreements, Employee Relations, Employee Evaluations, and Professional Certification to name a few.

Rachelle handles substitute professional staffing, certifications (TIMS), recruiting and hiring events, employee relations, and consults with the HR Team as well as other stakeholders in the district.
Alison Johnson, Generalist of Human Resources

Alison handles the HR accounting, oversees compliance, agenda preparation, HR database maintenance, training and development, Employment verifications, Act 168 requests, support staff evaluations, and unemployment claims.
Renee McCormick, Benefits Manager

Renee handles Health, Dental, Voluntary Benefits, COBRA, FMLA (Family Medical Leave) and Leave of Absences, ADA, ACA, Employee Appreciation and Engagement, Workers' Compensation, and Tuition reimbursement.
